摘要:以色白度、光亮度、结晶紧密度等8个试验指标,采用正交试验法对蜂蜡的精制工艺及脱色因子进行优选。优化工艺路线为:粗蜂蜡→吸附→EDTA二钠洗→水洗→冷却→成型→产品。最佳工艺条件为:白土用量4%,脱色温度85℃,脱色时间25min。
The optimum conditions of fading beeswax were determined to be A2B3C1,that is, white clay dosage 4%,fading temperature 85 ℃,fading time 25 min,through the orthogonal tests of 8 comprehensive parameters such as whiteness,lightness,tightness of crystals,etc.The optimum fading process was as follows:raw beeswax→adsorption by white clay→washing by EDTANa2→washing by water→cooling→forming→products.
