摘要:气象数据具有多源、海量和空间的特点.通过.NET平台、组件式GIS、ClimateChina软件和ArcGIS Engine组件技术,在全国行政区划图、高程和1900-2002年的83种气象要素的数据基础上,研发中国气象要素管理系统,主要实现图层操作、数据管理、空间分析、高时空精度的气象数据的查询和专题图输出功能.并以1971-2000年的1月平均温度为实例,分析零度等温线的分布区域变化,得出结论:纬度和海拔均显著影响零度等温线的分布:纬度越高的地区,温度越低;海拔越高的地区,温度越低.
Meteorological data have the characteristics of multi - source, massive and spatial. The Chinese mete- orological element management system has been developed through the. NET platform, Component GIS, Climat- eChina software and ArcGIS Engine Component Technology based on the national administrative map, Digital Elevation Model and the 83 kinds of meteorological elements data during 1990 - 2002. mainly Achieved the functions of the Layer operations, data management and spatial analysis, queries of high spatial and temporal precision weather data and thematic map output. With the average temperature in January within 1971 -2000 as an example to analysis the regional distribution changes of zero isotherm. We found that latitude and altitude were significantly influence the distribution of zero isotherm: The higher latitude regions, the lower the temperature; the higher elevation areas of lower temperature.
