摘要:对采自广西、云南的 9个西南桦地理种源的种子 ,设置 15 ,2 0 ,2 5 ,30℃温度处理 ,研究不同地理种源种子的萌发特征及其受温度条件的影响。结果表明 ,西南桦种子在不同温度条件下种源间发芽率差异不显著 ,而发芽速度、芽苗根、茎生长以及发芽始期和子叶出现期均存在显著差异 ;各种源种子的发芽特征亦存在显著差异 ,但不存在明显的地理变异趋势 ;以龙州种源的种子发芽最快 ,生长最好 ;2 5℃是西南桦各种源芽苗茎生长的最适宜温度 ,而其根生长的最适宜温度多为 2 0~ 2 5℃。研究结果为西南桦不同地理种源苗木培育及了解其环境适应性提供了参考依据。
In this paper, germination trials of seeds from nine geographic provenances of Betula alnoides in Yunnan and Guangxi were conducted under four temperature conditions, including 15℃, 20℃, 25℃, 30℃, so as to reveal the effects of temperature on its seed germination. It was indicated that there existed significant variations at aspects of seed germination speed, root and shoot growth and initial date for seed germination and cotyledon emergence rather than germination ratio of B. alnoides under different temperature conditions. Remarkable variations of germination characteristics, without trends of geographic variations in general, were observed among all sorts of provenances, among which provenance from Longzhou was the best, with high germination speed and root and shoot growth. It was also shown that 25℃ is the most suitable temperature for shoot growth while 20~25℃ for root growth of all provenances of B. alnoides. These findings not only provide evidences for raising seedlings of different provenaces, but also help to increase understanding about environmental adaptability of this species.;
