摘要:做了微波法、超声波法、快速萃取法和常规浸提法试验,考察粗提物及印楝素的提取率。结果粗提物的提取率依次为5.86%、6.36%、6.86%、3.80%,用高压液相法定量测定前3种印楝素的质量分数,计算提取率依次为0.54%、0.55%、0.48%。结论:快速萃取法是一种提取率与微波法相当的简单易行的方法。
Microwave, ultrasonic, rapid extraction, and conventional extraction methods were conducted to investigate the extraction yields of crude extract and azadirachtin; the yields of crude extract were 5.86, 6.36, 6.86, and 3.80, respectively. Using HPLC to quantitatively determine the mass fractions of the first three azadirachtin, extraction yields were 0.54, 0.55, and 0.48, respectively.
