摘要:植物鉴别不仅是植物学研究的重要基础工作,也是农业、林业、牧业、工业、商贸、考古、检验检疫等领域科研、教学、生产、经营管理活动的重要基础性工作。文中系统介绍了基于植物形状、大小、颜色、味道、组成、结构、纹理等外部特征的人工鉴别方法,基于燃烧、光谱、色谱、质谱、热差、细胞、孢粉、生物化学、分子生物等分析的辅助人工鉴别方法,以及基于计算机、网络、摄影、遥感等现代信息技术的自动鉴别方法,总结了国内外植物鉴别方法存在的不足,提出了基于现代信息技术集成的植物自动鉴别方法是今后的发展方向,以避免植物鉴别技术和方法的低水平重复研究,促进植物鉴别技术和方法研究的创新。
Plant identification is not only an important basis of botany research, but also is an important foundation for the study, education, production and management of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, industrY, commerce, archaeology, inspection and quarantine and other areas. This paper made a systematic introduction of visual methods for plant identification based on shape, size, color, taste, composition, structure and texture, assisting visual methods for plant identification based on analysis for burning, spectrum, chromatography, mass spectrometry, flow cytometry, cell and genetic markers, and automatic plant identification method based on moderu information techniques including computer, interact, photographing and remote sensing. Problems rising in plant identification methods was summarized. It pointed out that automatic plant identification method based on modem information technique integration would be a trend in future study, to avoid low level and repeated research on the techniques and methods of plant identification and to improve technique and method innovation for plant identification.
