摘要:为给油茶果实发育期内油茶树体的营养管理提供理论依据,以7年生油茶良种长林4号、长林53号和长林40号为试材,测定并分析了果实发育期油茶叶片和果实中各种矿质养分含量的变化趋势及其相关性和品种间的差异性。结果表明:叶片和果实中各矿质元素含量不同品种间存在差异,同一品种的叶片和果实中的主要矿质元素含量间也显著不同。随着果实生长发育,叶片中的氮、磷、钾元素含量表现出先降后升的变化趋势,锰元素含量总体呈上升趋势;果实中的氮、磷元素含量均呈下降趋势,而钾元素含量却呈上升趋势但其变化幅度较小。相关性分析结果表明,叶片与果实中各种矿质元素含量的变化无明显相关性,而果实果皮与种子中各种矿质元素含量间的相关性较强,其中3个品种果实果皮与种子中的钾元素含量均呈极显著负相关,其相关系数分别为-0.663、-0.869、-0.895。
In order to provided a theoretical basis for nutrient management of Camellia oleifera tree body during fruit development period, the seven-year-old C. oleifera varieties of ‘Changlin 4’, ‘Changlin 53’ and ‘Changlin 40’ were used as materials, contents of various mineral elements in leaves and fruits of C. oleifera during fruit development were determined, and their change trends, relationship and differences were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of the mineral elements in leaves and fruits were different among different varieties, and the contents of main mineral elements in leaves and fruits of a clone also showed significant differences. The contents of nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium in leaves were decreased and then increased with fruit growth and development, while manganese content kept the rising trend as a whole. The contents of nitrogen and phosphorous in fruits showed a downward trend, while the potassium content showed at slight rising trend. The results of correlation analysis showed that the changes of mineral element contents in leaves and fruits had no significant relationship, but those in peels and seeds had close relationship, and the potassium contents in peels and seeds of three varieties had very significant negative relationship, and the correlation coefficients were-0.663,-0.869 and-0.895, respectively.
