摘要:采用L18(37)正交设计,开展灰木莲幼苗N、P、K配方施肥研究,依据幼苗生长表现和光合作用筛选其适宜N、P、K施肥配方。结果表明,处理8(N 0.668g·株^(-1)、P_2O_51g·株^(-1)和K_2O0.668g·株^(-1))和18(N 0.668g·株^(-1)、P_2O_52g·株^(-1)和K_2O 0.334g·株^(-1))的生长和光合表现最优,其苗高、地径、总生物量、叶片数、净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别比对照高314%、88%、598%、282%、83%、56%和37%,而根冠比和胞间CO_2浓度则比对照低70%和14%。N和P显著影响灰木莲幼苗的生长和光合作用,而K对灰木莲幼苗的叶片数和光合作用具有显著影响。影响灰木莲苗高和根冠比的因素次序为N>P>K,影响其他生长指标和光合参数的因素次序为P>N>K。
A fertilization trail by L18 (3^7) orthogonal design was conducted to determine the optimal nitro- gen,phosphorus and potassium requirements of Manglietia glauca seedlings in terms of the growth and photosynthesis. The best growth and photosynthesis rates were found in treatment No. 8 (N 0. 668 g · seedling-1 ,P205 1 · g seedling -1 and K2O 0. 668 g· seedling-1) and No. 18 (N 0. 668 g· seedling-1 ,P2O2· 2 g · seedling-1 and K2O 0. 334 g ·seedling-1), in which the seedling height, root collar diameter, total bio- mass,number of the leaves, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were 314%,88% ,598%,282 %,83% ,56% ,and 37% higher than those of the control,respectively. However,the root and shoot ratio and intercellular CO2 concentration were 70% and 14% lower than those of the con- trol, separately. Nitrogen and phosphorus had profound effects on all growth and photosynthesis indexes of M. glauca seedlings,while potassium only had a significant effect on the number of the leaves and photo- synthesis. The rank order of nutrient elements affecting the height and root and shoot ratio was N〉P〉K. For other growth and photosynthesis indexes,the rank order was P〉N〉K.
