摘要:为筛选与马尾松高效共生的红菇菌根食用菌组合体,利用红菇属7个菌株对马尾松苗木进行苗期接种试验。研究结果表明:参试的红菇菌株均可在马尾松苗木根系上形成菌根,菌根感染率达79.6%以上,其中0807菌株达到99.1%,其次0551和07234菌株分别达到96.3%和95.8%。在苗木接种后的苗高生长方面,接种2个月后,接种红菇菌处理的苗高都显著高于对照,接种12个月后,不同菌株对马尾松苗高生长的促进作用有增强也有减弱,其中0807菌株表现最优,苗高达到56.33 cm,其次是0005和07242菌株分别达到52.96 cm和52.88 cm。在生物量方面,来自广东郁南县桂圩镇的0807菌株在苗高、地径、植株地上干重和地下干质量指标中,均优于其他接种处理。综合比较而言,供试的红菇菌株0807接种马尾松苗木,无论在菌根合成还是促进苗木生长方面都表现最优,为7个红菇菌株中对马尾松苗木生长效应最佳的菌株。研究筛选的红菇菌根食用菌与马尾松高效共生组合,可为南方地区马尾松林下经济发展和培育红菇菌提供技术支撑。
In order to select high efficient symbiosis combination for Pinus massoniana and Russula ectomycorrhizal fungi. An experiment was carded out in greenhouse by inoculation 7 isolates of Russula fungi with P. massoniana seedling. The results showed that the 7 tested isolates all well colonized on the P. massoniana roots, and the percentages of mycorrhizal clonization were arranged from 79.6% to 99.1%, the highest was 99.1% from isolate 0807, the second were 96.3% (isolate 0551) and 95.8% (isolate 0807). For seedling height growth, the treatment of inoculated by Russula fungi were improved and significantly higher than control after 2 months. But observed until 12 months, some isolates performed higher promotion effect, some performed lower promotion effect on seedling height growth. Especially for isolate 0807, it performed very well than other isolates and the seedling height got 56.33 cm. Moreover, for the seedling biomass, isolate 0807 was form Guiwei, Yunan county, Guangdong province, which performed well on seedling height, ground diameter, dry weight up ground and dry weight down ground of P. massoniana seedling than other isolates. So, the isolate 0807 was the optimum Russula fungi for inoculation with P. rnassoniana on seedling growth effect. This study find out the excellent symbiotic combination was Russula fungi isolate 0807 and R massoniana, which will provide technical support for under-forest economic of P. massoniana and cultivate fungus.
