摘要:以19年树龄的火炬松自由授粉家系遗传测试林为研究对象,利用其中6年的生长数据,基于主成分回归(PCR)和遗传相关分析的方法估算火炬松胸径和树高的早期选择树龄,并利用实际数据验证早期选择的准确性。结果显示:(1)19年胸径性状与7年胸径性状的遗传相关系数达到0.83;根据早晚胸径数据建立的回归模型决定系数达到0.847,模型显示7年时胸径数据已经能够解释19年时胸径变异的88.13%;实际数据验证分析显示树龄7年进行胸径的早期选择其准确率可达到83.33%,两种方法均表明树龄7年是火炬松胸径性状早期选择的较好树龄。(2)树高性状早晚遗传相关系数出现无规律变动,难以确定早期选择树龄,而根据早晚树高数据建立的回归模型决定系数仅为0.418,不适宜做早期选择预测,如果以树龄7年或者13年作为树高早期选择年龄,验证分析表明19年树高选择准确率仅为33.33%。表明两种方法在早期选择中结果的一致性。结果表明主成分回归分析(PCR)和遗传相关分析的方法均成功估算到火炬松胸径早期选择树龄为7年,两种方法同时显示该试验材料无法获得树高合适的选择年龄,遗传相关分析结合PCR分析能够互相印证,提高早期选择的准确性,PCR分析还能利用已经建立的模型对无法计算遗传相关系数的一般林分进行优树早期筛选。
The feasibility of early selection in loblolly pine (Pinus Taeda L.) based on principal components regression (PCR) with age-age phenotypic data was studied in this paper.Optimal ages of early selection in loblolly pine based on PCR and genetic correlation were contrasted using the progeny genetic test forest including 30 half-sib families of 19 years old.The validation analyses were done with the measured data at the age of 19.The results showed that:(1) The genetic correlation coefficient of the diameter at breast height (DBH) between 7 years old and 19 years old was 0.83,and the coefficient of determination(R^2) of the PCR equation for DBH reached 0.847.The PCR equation showed that the DBH variance in 7 years old could explain 88.13% of DBH variance in 19 years old.The results both indicated that the optimal age of early selection for DBH was 7 years old.The validation analysis showed that the accuracy of early selection for DBH at 7 years old was 83.33%.(2) The genetic correlation coefficient of the tree height (H) was fluctuant.It was difficult to determine the early selection year based on the current data.The R^2 of the PCR equation for H was 0.418,which was inadequacy to use in early selection.The validation analysis showed that the accuracy of early selection for H in 7-or 13-year old was only 33.33%.The results with the two methods showed the same conclusion.The optimal age of early selection for DBH was 7 years old estimated by the PCR and genetic correlation.The research failed to find valuable results for the early selection of stem height using the two methods with the data in this paper.The methods of PCR and genetic correlation could corroborate each other in estimating the selected ages and improve the accuracy,and the PCR method could estimate the elite tree with the PCR equation without the results of genetic correlation because of lacking field design for genetic statistics.
