摘要：随着人民生活水平的大幅提高,食用植物油消费持续增长,60%的生产原料需进口,严重威胁我国食用油供给安全。增加木本油料产量,建设和完善木本油料产业体系,具有重要的战略意义和紧迫性。2014年12月26日,国务院办公厅印发《关于加快木本油料产业发展的意见》,木本油料生产迎来了重大发展机遇。从木本油料的积极宣传,引导消费、科技研发,技术推广、优化布局,重点发展、完善市场,政策扶持等方面进行思考及建议,以期为我国木本油料产业体系的建设提供参考。
With the improvement of peopler's living standard, edible vegetable oil consumption was persistently growing,60% of the raw material has to be imported,which seriously threatens the safety of Chinars oil supply. Therefore, it is important to in crease the woody oil production to construct and improve the industry system. On December 26,2014, the state council general office has informed the opinion on accelerating the development of woody oil industry, which brought development opportunities for the woody oil production. The following opinions have been proposed such as positive promotion of the consumption technology development and government support,etc.
