摘要:用新设计的两相厌氧生物反应器(HEB)对杨木P-RC APMP制浆废水进行了处理,杨木P-RC APMP制浆废水CODCr浓度4205mg/L,BOD5浓度1794mg/L,SS浓度160mg/L。在相同实验条件下用上流式厌氧污泥床反应器(UASB)作对比实验,结果表明,HEB的处理效果优于UASB,经HEB处理后,废水中的CODCr去除率达80.9%;BOD5去除率达85.4%;SS去除率达66.3%。在较高的容积负荷下,HEB也表现出较强的抗冲击负荷能力和较好的污染物去除效果。
A composite two-phase anaerobic bioreactor which has an universal main body has been designed in laboratory, many functions can be realized with its different combination in accordance with the purpose of experimentation. Its diameter is 40 mm, the ratio of height to diameter is adjustable, the precipitation zone and water distribution method are also adjustable. Pollution load of effluent of poplar P-RC APMP process was analyzed as the followings effluent quantities was 21.8 m3/odt, pH value was 6.0, CODcr was 4205 mg/L, CODcr load was 91.5 kg/odt, BOD5 was 1794 mg/L, BOD5 load was 39.0 kg/odt, suspended solid content was 160 mg/L, total suspended solid content was 7478 mg/L. The wastewater of poplar P-RC APMP was treated with the two-phase anaerobic bioreactor (HEB) and UASB respectively. The results showed that the treatment effect of HEB is better than that of UASB. By using HEB treatment effluent CODcr is decreased to 803 mg/ L, the CODcr removal achieves 80.9% ; effluent BOD5 is decreased to 262 mg/L, the BOD5 removal achieves 85.4% ; SS is decreased to 54 mg/L, the SS removal achieves 66.3%. In addition, compared with UASB, HEB has higher impact load resistance and better efficiency in CODcr removal.
