摘要:目前,在全球范围内已证实可传播松材线虫的媒介昆虫共7种,均属于墨天牛属Monocha-mus;北美、亚洲和欧洲的松材线虫病分布区均有1~2种与本地寄主树紧密相关的墨天牛是主要传播媒介;笔者归纳了各分布区主要媒介昆虫的天敌种类和已在应用的种类。中国和日本是利用天敌资源防控松材线虫病媒介昆虫最多的国家,防控对象是松褐天牛Monochamus alternatus和云杉花墨天牛M.saltuarius。球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana、花绒寄甲Dastarcus helophoroides、肿腿蜂Sclerodermus spp.是当前利用最多且最成熟的生防天敌。从这3类天敌的发现、发展到应用等方面综述了国内外利用天敌资源防控松材线虫病媒介昆虫的研究和应用进展。提出了各种天敌资源应用的优缺点和未来发展方向。媒介昆虫的防治不仅需要多种天敌资源协调使用,更重要的是要与其他的防治方式互相配合,才能达到理想效果。
There are seven species of vector insects in the world that can transmit pine wood nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,all of which belong to the genus Monochamus.One or two species of Monochamus related closely to the host plant locally are the main vector of pine wood nematode in every distribution area,such as in North America,Asia and Europe.The natural enemies of main vector insects in every distribution area and the applied species were summarized.China and Japan are the countries that use natural enemy resources to control the vector insects most widely,and the control objects are Monochamus alternatus and M.saltuarius.Beauveria bassiana,Dastarcus helophoroides and Sclerodermus spp.are the most utilized and maturely natural enemies at present in both countries.The research and application progress of using natural enemy resources to control vector insects at home and abroad were summarized from the discovery,development and application of these three kinds of natural enemies,and the advantages,disadvantages,and future development direction of the application of various natural enemy resources were put forward.It is pointed out that the control of vector insects not only needs the coordinated use of a variety of natural enemy resources,but also needs to be coordinated with other control methods.
