摘要：随着科技进步及大数据与工业4.0在家具产业的渗透,我国板式家具产业无论在原材料研发、产品与工艺设计、制造技术与装备上,都发生了较大的变革。综述我国板式家具板件、专用装备、工艺及设计等先进制造技术,并对我国板式家具先进制造技术的研发与应用进行解析,以期促进板式家具产业发展。
With the continuous development of science,technology,the integration with big data and industry 4.0 in the furniture industry,China's panel furniture industry has undergone great revolutions in the exploitation of plate,designs of products and manufacturing process,manufacturing technologies,equipment development,and marketing strategies.This paper summarizes the advanced manufacturing technologies of the panel furniture industry in raw materials,special equipment,processing,and designing,etc.The development and application of advanced manufacturing technology of panel furniture in our country are analyzed,to promote the development of panel furniture industry.
