摘要:基于GB/T 50329—2012《木结构试验方法标准》,测试国产落叶松正交胶合木(CLT)顺纹抗压强度,运用最弱链理论分析试件尺寸对CLT顺纹抗压强度的影响,并采用非参数统计法估计尺寸效应系数。研究结果表明:随着CLT试件长度或宽度的增加,其顺纹抗压强度下降。其中长度尺寸效应系数SL与百分位数呈线性关系;宽度尺寸效应系数SW为常数0.349;试件厚度变化对其顺纹抗压强度无显著影响。
The compressive strength of cross-laminated timber made by Chinese larch was tested based on the standard of GB/T 50329—2012 on testing methods for timber structures.The weakest-link theory was used to analyze size effects of CLT's compression strength parallel to the grain.The nonparametric statistics method was used to estimate the coefficient of the size effect.The result showed that the compression strength decreases with the increase of either the length or the width.And there is a significant linear relation between the coefficient of the length effect SLand different percentiles;the coefficient of the width effect SW was 0.349;there is no significant relation between the thickness and the compression strength parallel to the grain.
