摘要:【目的】研究柿果实形状形成的关键时期,为人工调控柿果实形状的关键处理期选择提供参考。【方法】以8个典型的长椭球形果实(长果)柿品种和9个典型的扁椭球形果实(扁果)柿品种为研究对象,2021和2022年从5月16日花冠完全脱落到9月27日果实达到商熟期,共分13个时期采集各品种果实,对柿果实形状形成的表型变化作深入观察分析。【结果】1)相同发育阶段上的同一品种,在不同年份间果形无显著差异;2)长果和扁果的纵径、横径和单果鲜质量等性状的快速增长期具有一致性,均包含2个快速生长期,分别是从5月16日-7月14日和8月14日-9月27日;3)长果果形指数(纵径与横径的比值)增加最快的时期是从5月28日到7月3日,而扁果果形指数在此时期呈现高-低-高的动态变化;7月3日之后长、扁果的果形指数都趋于稳定,因此果形指数显著变化时期主要在5月16日-7月3日;4)进一步发现长果与扁果的果形指数比值上升最快的时期为5月16日-7月3日,该时期长、扁果形差异越来越大,为柿果实形状形成的关键期。【结论】本研究确定了柿果实形状形成的形态学关键时期,即从5月16日-7月3日的发育阶段,该时期可作为后续柿果实形状形成机理研究的重点采样期,同时也可作为人工调控柿果实形状的关键处理期,为柿果形调控研究奠定了基础。
【Objective】In order to provide reference for the selection of the critical treatment period of artificial regulation of persimmon shape,the critical period of morphological formation of persimmon was studied.【Method】Eight typical persimmon cultivars bearing long ellipsoidal fruits(long fruits)and nine typical persimmon cultivars bearing flat ellipsoidal fruits(flat fruits)were selected for this study.Fruits of each cultivar were collected at 13 time points,which were distributed in the whole fruit developmental stages,from May 16th when the corolla completely fell off to September 27th when the fruits became commercially ripe.The phenotypic changes of fruit shape during development were observed and analyzed in two successive years(2021 and 2022).【Result】1)The fruit shape of the same cultivar and obtained at a same developmental stage showed no difference between two years;2)Two rapid growth periods,May 16th to July 14th and August 14th to September 27th,were identified.The rapid growth period of quantitative characters such as vertical diameter,transverse diameter and fresh mass of single fruit was consistent between long fruit and flat fruit;3)Fruit shape index(the ratio of vertical diameter to transverse diameter)of long fruit cultivars increased sharply from May 28 to July 3,while fruit shape index of flat fruit cultivars showed a high-low-high dynamic change trend from May 16th to July 3rd.Subsequently,fruit shape index of both long and flat fruit cultivars become relatively stable after July 3rd basically stabilized.Thus,the sharp change period of fruit shape was from May 16th to July 3rd;4)The period when the ratio of fruit shape index of long fruit to flat fruit increased sharply was from May 16th to July 3rd,indicating the difference of fruit shape index between long fruit cultivars and flat fruit cultivars became larger during this period.This result further demonstrated that the critical period of fruit shape formation was from May 16th to July 3rd.【Conclusion】The critical period of persimmon fruit shape formation is identified from May 16th to July 3rd.This period can be used not only as the critical sampling period for subsequent studies on persimmon shape formation mechanism,but also as the critical artificial treatment period for persimmon shape regulation,which lays the foundation for studies on persimmon shape regulation.
