摘要:选取206根人工林杉木规格材,按照动态弹性模量配成3个测试组,研究了规格材测试跨度与其抗弯强度之间的依存性,并利用斜率法和形状参数法求得抗弯强度5%分位值和50%分位值的长度尺寸效应.结果表明,斜率法获得杉木规格材抗弯强度5%分位值和50%分位值的长度尺寸效应系数分别为0.43,0.33,均大于国外研究结果,特别是ASTM D1990的推荐值;当利用二参数威布尔分布函数拟合所测抗弯强度时,用形状参数法求得的参数k为4.41,4.40,大于用斜率法所获得的长度尺寸效应系数的倒数;试验获得的长度尺寸效应系数可在实际工程中应用.
Size effect of length is one of important factors to adjust flexural strength of dimension lumber. The dependence between the flexural strength and the size of Chinese fir dimension lumber was investigated. 206 dimension lumbers were sorted into three test groups in terms of dynamical modulus of elasticity. Three test spans(135, 162 and 207 cm) were selected and flexural property was tested. The length size effects of 5^th and 50^th percentiles of flexural strength were estimated by the slope method and the parametric method. The length size effects by the slope method were 0.43 and 0.33 respectively for 5^th and 50^th per- centiles of flexural strength that are higher than the foreign study results, especially the specified value in ASTM D1990. When the 2P-Weibull distribution functions was fitted to the strength data, the shape parameter k by the two parametric methods is 4.41 and 4.40 that are greater than the inverse of the length size effect by the slope method. The length size effect could be used when using the dimension lumber for practice purposes.
