摘要:介绍了竹材用于CTMP的现实意义,通过对竹材CTMP高浓废水污染特征的分析表明:在我国分布较广泛的慈竹,CTMP废水的CODCr、BOD5、SS发生量分别达到300.37、101.33、56.68kg/t浆;废水中的总氮含量达到20.93kg/t浆。进行实验室小试,在废水CODCr、BOD5、SS分别为7320、2496、1308mg/L时,通过预处理、厌氧、好氧(必须考虑采用脱氮工艺)联合处理,总CODCr去除率可达97.65%,表明采用以厌氧和好氧联合处理为核心的工艺处理该种废水是可行的。
The characteristics of effluent from Bamboo CTMP pulping process was investigated. The results showed that this type of effluent has the characteristics including 1) higher consistency of CODcr. The generation of CODcr, BODs, SS, TS reaches about 300.37 kg/t Pulp, 101.33 kg/t Pulp, 56.68 kg/t Pulp, 308.09 kg/t Pulp respectively; 2) Higher contents of total nitrogen, the content of total nitrogen is higher than that of wood CTMP, which reaches about 20.93 kg/t Pulp. Combination of anaerobic and aerobic bio-reactors was applied to investigate the efficiency of pollutant removal. The result showed that combination of anaerobic and aerobic bio-reactors can treat bamboo CTMP wastewater well when the wastewater is treated sequentially by pre-treatment stage, anaerobic treatment stage and aerobic treatment stage, the average removal rates of CODcr are 49.4 %, 85.4 %, 68.4 % respectively in different stages, the total CODcr removal rate for the three stages is about 97.65%. It may become a suitable and economical measure for the treatment of high consistency effluent from Bamboo CTMP pulping process.
