摘要:This study proposes a new method of residual stress reduction. In addition, through a series of devices and technologies, it investigates the evolution of the residual stress, strength, and microstructure in the stress relief process. The experiment results show that the combined magnetic-vibration treatment is efficient in reducing the residual stress. Moreover, the measurement and the analysis results of the macro size and roughness of the material show that a local small amount of plastic deformation occurs in the process of residual stress reduction by the combined magnetic-vibration treatment. After the combined magnetic-vibration treatment, the grain size of the silicon steel and the energy of Goss texture slightly increase, the grain boundary narrows, and the dislocation density increases, which may be an important reason for the change of the mechanical properties of the materials. Furthermore, the combined magnetic-vibration treatment can significantly increase the number of parallel domains and decrease the number of labyrinth domains. The application effect of the combined magnetic-vibration treatment method and its mechanism are also revealed. The results show that the proposed combined magnetic-vibration treatment method is accurate and has a high performance.
