摘要:分别以氢氧化钡[Ba(OH)2]、三乙胺[(C2H5)3N]、氢氧化钠(NaOH)为催化剂,利用多聚甲醛代替甲醛溶液合成3种高固体含量可发性酚醛树脂,并在70℃发泡制备酚醛泡沫材料。研究了催化剂对酚醛树脂的黏度、固体含量、游离苯酚含量、游离甲醛含量、凝胶时间、树脂结构,以及催化剂对酚醛泡沫材料的力学性能、易碎性能、阻燃性能、热稳定性和微观结构的影响。结果表明,3种催化剂的催化效率依次为:NaOH>(C2H5)3N>Ba(OH)2。以NaOH为催化剂制备的酚醛树脂及其泡沫材料的综合性能最优。
Paraformaldehyde was used to synthesize foamable phenolic resins with high solids content by using barium hydroxide[Ba(OH)2], triethylamine[ ( C2H5) 3N] and sodium hydroxide(NaOH) as catalyst respectively, and the resulted phenolic resins were used to prepare phenolic foams at 70 ℃ .The effects of different catalysts on viscosity, solid content, free phenol and formaldehyde content, gel time, structure of phenolic resins, and the mechanical properties, fragility, flame resistance, thermal stability and microstructure of phenolic foams were investigated. The results showed that the catalytic efficiency of three kinds catalysts was as follows : NaOH 〉 ( C2H5 ) 3N 〉 Ba ( OH ) 2. The optimal comprehensive properties of phenolic resins and foams were achieved when the phenolic resins were prepared with NaOH as catalyst.
