摘要：分析了俄罗斯原木法案的出台背景、具体要求、实施内容与发展阶段,从其潜在影响来看,主要表现在可以降低非法采伐及相关贸易的风险、促进区域生态环境改善、保护林区居民利益等,并最终从政府、行业协会、企业层面提出了政策建议。
The paper analyzed the background, specific requirements, implementation content and stage of Russia Log Act. Potentially, it may help reduce the risk of illegal logging and related trade, promote regional ecological environment, and protect the rights of local community. Finally, policy recommendations are proposed at government, sectoral association and business levels.
