摘要:为给研究子叶生根的机理和铁盐作用机制提供参考,以"辽宁1号"核桃品种成熟子叶近胚端为材料,研究了Fe3+浓度对子叶不定根发生和伸长的影响。结果表明:当Fe3+浓度为0时生根能力最差,第12天生根率为66%,随着Fe3+浓度升高,生根能力明显增强,以0.352μmol/L为最优,第8天生根率为100%。Fe3+浓度继续升高,从0.704μmol/L开始子叶接近培养基部分出现褐化现象,7.04μmol/L时,褐化最严重,第12天褐化率达到50%,生根能力下降,第12天生根率为95%。
In order to provide reference to the studies on cotyledon rooting and Fe3+ process mechanisms,taking Liaoning No.1 walnut cotyledon as materials,effects of different Fe3+ concentrations on rooting and root growth of walnut cotyledon were researched.The results showed that the rooting ability was the worst when the concentration of Fe3+ was 0 μmol/L,and rooting rate was 66% on the twelfth day.The rooting ability was enhanced markedly when the concentration of Fe3+ rose,and 0.352 μmol/L was the optimal concentration with 100% rooting rate on the eighth day.Then the cotyledon contacting with medium became to brown when the concentration of Fe3+ was 0.704 μmol/L.Browning phenomenon was the most seriously with 50% browning rate on the twelfth day when the concentration of Fe3+ was 7.04 μmol/L,and rooting ability were decreased with 95% rooting rate on the twelfth day.
