摘要:以二聚脂肪酸为原料,1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,分别与氢氧化钙、氧化锌反应,制备了二聚脂肪酸钙/锌盐(DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn),并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱对其进行了结构表征,发现合成产物为目标产物。以DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn为聚氯乙烯(PVC)/对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)体系的主热稳定剂,依次向PVC/DOTP体系加入辅助热稳定剂环氧大豆油(ESO)、山梨醇和β-二酮,通过变色法和刚果红法考察了这3种辅助热稳定剂对上述PVC体系初期着色性及长期热稳定性的影响,在此基础上筛选出最佳的DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn复合热稳定剂体系的配方,即DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn/ESO/山梨醇/β-二酮的最佳质量比为1.08/0.27/1/0.5/0.3,在45 g PVC/22.5 g DOTP体系中加入上述配方条件下的复合热稳定剂体系3.15 g时,可使该PVC体系在185℃的静态热稳定时间达195.4 min。
Using dimer fatty acid (DFA) as raw material and 1,4-dioxane as solvent, calcium salt of dimmer fatty acid (DFA- Ca) and zinc salt of dimer fatty acid (DFA-Zn) were synthesized through DFA reacting with calcium hydroxide and zinc oxide respectively. Then the structures of them were confirmed by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the compounds obtained were final objective products. Taking DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn as main thermal stabilizer of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) / dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) system, the auxiliary heat stabilizers including epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), D-sorbitol and fl-diketone were added into the system in sequence, then the effects of these auxiliary heat stabilizers on the initial dyeing property and long-term thermal stability of the PVC system were studied using discoloration test and Congo Red test. On this basis, the optimum formula for the DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn composite stabilizer system was screened, which is that the optimal mass ratio of DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn/ESO/D-sorbitol/β-diketone is 1.08 / 0.27 / 1 / 0.5 / 0.3. Adding 3.15 g DFA-Ca/DFA-Zn composite stabilizer system with the optimum formula mentioned above to 45 g PVC/22.5 g DOTP system, the static thermal stability time of the system can reach 195.4 rain at 185℃.
