摘要:通过固定样地、样株的观测和室内、室外实验分析,在一个生长周期内系统研究了半日花繁殖生物学特性。结果表明:半日花单花花期为1 d,植株花期从始花到生长季结束;其杂交指数为4,花粉-胚珠比为480,人工套袋和授粉实验确定该种的繁育系统属异交为主,部分自交亲和,传粉过程需要传粉者,不存在无融合生殖;在一个生长季的不同时间所产生的生殖器官形态特征有差异,而花和种子形态特征基本一致,在两次盛花期时达到最大值;不同坡位植株的生殖器官形态特征无显著差异;一个生长周期能产生大量花,但成熟种子数量少,生殖效率低。
Based on the observation of the sample plants in the plot and indoor analysis,a systematic research on reproductive biology characteristics of Helianthemum soongoricum was conducted in a growth cycle.The results showed that the blooming period is one day for one-flower,and the entire growing season for the inflorescence.Its OCI is 4,pollen-ovule ratio is 480.Based on the artificial bagging and pollination experiments,its breeding system of outcrossing chiefly and self-compatible partially was determined,and pollinators is required during the pollination process,there is no apomixes.The morphological characteristics of the reproductive organs produced in the different period of the whole growing season present significant difference,and the morphological characteristics of flower and seed are similar,which present the highest peak in the two flourishing flower stages;No remarkable differences exist for the morphological characteristics of the reproductive organs in different slope positions.A large number of flowers were produced in the whole growth cycle,but the mature seeds were relatively few.So its reproductive efficiency is low.
