摘要:以报春石斛、金钗石斛和鼓槌石斛成熟叶片为材料,通过对一定光照强度梯度下光响应曲线和相关参数的测定,研究了温室栽培条件下冬季石斛叶片光合作用特征。结果表明:冬季石斛可利用光照强度较高,其中报春石斛和鼓槌石斛的光饱和点均达到1 000μmol.m-2.s-1,金钗石斛光饱和点稍低,为300μmol.m-2.s-1。净光合作用速率普遍较低,鼓槌石斛最高只有3.92μmol.m-2.s-1,而报春石斛净光合作用速率为负值。受到强光照射发生光抑制后,3种石斛的光饱和点普遍降低。金钗石斛、鼓槌石斛的光合作用速率与气孔导度呈正相关;3种石斛光合作用与胞间CO2浓度呈明显的负相关,表明光合作用降低是非气孔作用所致。
By the means of measuring the light response curve under different light intensities and the pertinent parameters, characteristics of photosynthesis of Dendrobiurn primulinurn, D. noble and D. chrysotoxurn cultivated in green house during winter were studied. The results demonstrated that the Dendrobia could adapt to higher light intensity during winter compared to the light condition in the growing period. Among the materials employed in the experiments, the light saturation points in D. prirnulinurn and D. chrysotoxurn were as high as 1 000μmol·m^-2·s^-1, whereas 300 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 in D. nobile. All the three species are low in terms of net photosynthetic rate (Pn). The maximum of Pn in D. chrysotoxurn was 3.92μmol ·m^-2·s^-1 , while the parameter in D. primulinum was minus. After leaves were exposed to high-light of 2000μmol·m^-2· s^-1, the light saturation points among all the materials decreased, which indicated that photoinhibition had existed. There exhisted positive correlations between photosyn- thetic rate and Cond in D. nobile, D. chrysotoxum, negative correlations between photosynthetic rate and Ci in all the three Dendrobia. The data indicated that the decrease of photosynthesis is derived from nonstomatat factors.
