摘要：在E_0级室外型胶合板用PUF胶的基础上,改用NaOH为催化剂,按照酚醛(PF)树脂胶的制备工艺,在碱性条件下,制备了U/(P+U)质量比30%、F/(P+U)摩尔比1.40的尿素改性酚醛(PF)树脂胶,用于Ⅰ类竹蔑胶合板生产。采用该PUF胶生产的竹蔑胶合板物理力学性能符合室外型竹蔑胶合板的要求,甲醛释放量为0.1 mg/L。该胶制箭备工艺简单,反应平稳,操作易控制,再现性好,成本较低。
The phenol-urea-formaldehyde(PUF)resins with weight ratio of U/(P+U)30%and F/(P+U)m.r.1.40 are synthesized by alkali traditional process using NaOH instead of CaO and NaOH compound catalyst.The bamboo curtain plywood bonded with the PUF resins can meet the requirement of exterior bamboo curtain plywood and the formaldehyde emission is 0.1 mg/L.The adhesive production has many characteristics of simple manufacture process,smooth reacting,easy operation,good reproducibility and low cost.
