摘要:将沤制松树皮、沤制锯末和炭化松树皮及黄心土4种材料按照不同组合与配比制成12种轻基质配方,用于降香黄檀网袋容器育苗试验,依据苗木出圃率、苗高、地径、生物量以及基质成本等指标对其育苗成效进行综合评价,旨在筛选出适合降香黄檀苗木培育的轻基质配方。结果表明:不同配方间苗木出圃率、苗高、地径、地上和地下生物量均存在极显著差异(P<0.01);依据苗木出圃率、生长指标以及育苗成本进行综合评价可知,含有松树皮和黄心土的配方12、11和10育苗效果最好,其次是含有沤制松树皮和炭化松树皮的配方5、4,这些基质育苗效果好与其持水量适中有关;含有较多锯末的配方3、8和9育苗效果最差。由于配方12和11因黄心土比例过大不利于轻基质网袋的灌装加工以及配方5因炭化松树皮成本较高,建议采用配方10(沤制松树皮90%+黄心土10%)、配方4(沤制松树皮75%+炭化松树皮25%)2种混合基质进行降香黄檀苗木工厂化生产。若选用有锯末的配方基质,其添加比例不宜超过20%。
Twelve kinds of light growing media were prepared in accordance with different combinations and ratios, with four sorts of materials (composted pine bark, sawdust, charred pine bark and forest soil). In order to screen suitable light matrix formula for Dalbergia odorifera T. seedling cultivation, the mesh bag and container seedling tests ofD.odorifera were carried out with the twelve prepared light growing media. The seedling raising efifciency was comprehensively evaluated by taking qualiifed seedling rate, seedling height, ground diameter, biomass and substrate cost into account. The results show that among different formulation treatments, there existed very signiifcant differences in percentage of out planted seedlings, seedling height, root collar diameter and above-ground biomass and under-ground biomass (P〈0.01); Comprehensively taking above factors into consideration, the nursery effects of medium No.12 (v/v, 70% retting pine bark + 30% soil), No.11 (v/v, 80% retting pine bark + 20% soil) and No.10 (v/v, 90% retting pine bark and 10% soil) were the best, followed by medium No.5 and No.4, this resulted from suitable water conservation of these media; Medium No.3, No.8 and No.9 containing much sawdust had the poorest production of seedlings. The medium No.12 and No.11 were unfavorable foriflling and processing light matrix mesh bag due to large proportion yellow soil, and the medium No.5 had higher cost due to higher price of charred pine bark, so the medium No.10 and No.4 were recommended for industrial production ofD. odorifera container seedlings. And when sawdust was used as light medium for growing seedlings of this tree species, its ratio should not be more than 20%.
