摘要:探讨热处理温度(100~220℃)和时间(1~4h)对热处理后毛竹竹材的静曲强度(MOR)和静曲弹性模量(MOE)的影响。结果表明:毛竹经100~220间热处理后,其MOR相对于未处理竹材呈先上升后下降的趋势;热处理时间对MOR的影响随着热处理温度的升高而增大。热处理温度对毛竹竹材MOE的影响显著,热处理时间(1~4h内)对毛竹竹材MOE的影响不显著,而当热处理温度达到220间时,MOE随着热处理时间的增长而逐渐降低。
The phyllostachys pubescens bamboo samples were subjected to heat treatment at 100-220℃ for 1 -4 h, modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of elasticity (MOE) of the samples were measured. The results show that when heating temperatures increase from 100 to 220℃ , the MOR increases first and then decreases compared with untreated samples. And the effect of heating durations is enhanced with the increasing of beating temperatures. For the MOE, heating temperature does significantly affect on it, but heating durations (1 -4h) does not. When the heating temperature reaches 220℃ , the MOE decreases with the increasing of heating durations.
