摘要:[目的]气候因子是影响树木连年生长量的重要因素,本研究旨在揭示日本落叶松生长性状的种源变异及对气候因子的响应,确定影响树木生长动态的关键气候因子,为日本落叶松引种及培育提供科学依据。[方法]基于1998年营建于湖北长岭岗林场和辽宁大孤家林场的种源试验林,基于6个种源4500株日本落叶松连年树高和胸径连年生长量观测数据及当地气候数据,通过Logistic生长方程拟合1~17年树高及胸径连年生长量作为表型性状,利用混合线性模型计算性状的种源效应及遗传、表型变异系数,同时,基于Pearson相关分析模型扩展关键气候因子的识别时间范围,分析种源变异及不同气候区对种源生长影响的动态变化。以月高温、月低温、月均温、月温差和降水5个关键气候因子为自变量,对上一年生长季前期(6月)至当年生长季末期(9月)的16个关键月份进行组合,分别计算各地点及种源在不同时期气候变量与相应年份连年生长量之间的相关系数。[结果]湖北地区,日本落叶松胸径连年生长量存在显著的种源变异,胸径表型变异系数高于树高。前一年12月份(P12)至当年1月份(C1)的降水对树高连年生长量存在显著负效应(r_(p)=-0.70;p<0.01),当年8月份(C8)的最高温及当年7月份(C7)至C8的平均月温差对胸径连年生长量存在显著负效应(r_(p)=-0.68,-0.67;p<0.01)。辽宁地区,日本落叶松胸径和树高连年生长量均存在显著的种源变异。C7的最高温对树高及胸径连年生长量存在显著负效应(r_(p)=-0.71,-0.84;p<0.01),当年4月份(C4)的降水对胸径连年生长量有显著正效应(r_(p)=0.40;p<0.1)。[结论]两个气候区的种源试验结果表明,日本落叶松胸径连年生长量的种源效应比树高更为显著。尽管夏季高温是限制日本落叶松胸径生长的关键气候因子,但春季高温和夏季降水对胸径生长有利。在相对干旱的辽宁地区,生长萌动时期的降水更有利于胸径生长;而在湿润的湖北地区,冬季高降水量不利于下一年树高生长。种植在辽宁地区的日本落叶松种源对气候因子的敏感性高于种植在湖北地区;伊那种源及松本种源分别为湖北地区和辽宁地区的优势种源,二者对当地夏季高温有着更高的响应,均能适应当地气候,适宜在相应地区推广种植。
[Objective]Climate factors are crucial determinants of annual tree growth.This study investig-ates provenance variation in the growth of Larix kaempferi and its response to climatic factors,aiming to identify key climatic variables that influence growth.The study also provides scientific guidance for the in-troduction and cultivation of L.kaempferi in different regions.[Methods]The two provenance trials in Hubei and Liaoning Provinces included 4,500 L.kaempferi trees from six provenances.Annual growth traits were fitted using a logistic growth equation,while the provenance effect,genetic,and phenotypic variation coefficients were calculated using a mixed linear model.To identify key climatic factors,the Pear-son correlation model was employed,considering monthly maximum temperature,minimum temperature,mean temperature,temperature difference,and precipitation.Correlation coefficients were calculated between climate variables from 16 key months(spanning from the early growing season of June of the pre-vious year to the end of the current growing season in September)and annual growth for each location and provenance.[Results]In Hubei,the annual increase in diameter at breast height of L.kaempferi ex-hibited significant provenance variation,and the phenotypic variation coefficient of diameter at breast height was greater than that of tree height.The precipitation from P12(December of the previous year)to C1(January of the current year)had a significant negative effect on the annual increase in tree height(h,r_(p)=-0.70,P<0.01).The maximum temperature of C8(August of the current year)and the average monthly temperature difference from C7(July of the current year)to C8 had a significant negative effect on r_(p)=-0.68,-0.67,P<0.01the annual increase in diameter at breast height(d,).In Liaoning Province,the annual growth of d and h in the L.kaempferi provenance exhibited significant provenance variation.The maximum temperature of C7 had a significant negative effect on the annual growth of h and d rp=-0.71,-0.84,P<0.01(),and the rainfall of C4(in April of the current year)had a significant positive r_(p)=0.40effect on the annual growth of d(r_(p)=0.40).The provenance had a significant effect on the annual growth of d,and the sensitivity of the plus provenance Ina in Hubei to climatic factors was greater than that of the other provenances.[Conclusion]The effects of climate change on the annual d growth of L.kaempferi are more significant than those on the h growth.Although high summer temperatures are a key limiting factor for diameter growth,high spring temperatures favor it.In the relatively arid Liaoning region,precipitation during the growth initiation period is more beneficial for diameter growth,whereas in the humid Hubei re-gion,high winter precipitation negatively affects height growth in the following year.L.kaempferi trees planted in Liaoning Province are more sensitive to climate factors than those planted in Hubei Province.The Ina provenance is better suited to Hubei,while the Matsumoto provenance excels in Liaoning,making it well adapted to local climates and suitable for promotion in their respective regions.
