摘要:研究了15个厚朴种源间生物量变异、分配格局及遗传稳定性,结果表明:厚朴种源间总生物量及各指标生物量差异达到显著水平;种源间生物量分配格局有4种类型,其中12个种源生物量分配格局为叶>茎>根;苗高和地径在地点及种源间均存在极显著差异,基因型对苗高的影响大于环境,环境对地径的影响大于基因型;略阳等7个种源苗高遗传稳定性较好,城固等5个种源的地径遗传稳定性较好.
The biomass variation,location pattern and heredity stability of 15 Magnolia officinalis provenances were researched.The results were as follows: the variation of total biomass and organ biomass all reached significant level;there were 4 allocation patterns,the allocation pattern of 12 provenances was leafstermroot;the variation of seedlings height and stem base reached significant level among sites and provenances;genetype had more positive influence on height than enviroment,on the other hand,environment had more positive influence on stem base than genetype;genotypic heredity in seedling height for 7 provenances,including Lueyang,were better,the genotypic heredity in stem base for 5 provenances,including Chenggu,also were better.
