摘要:以南洋楹TL18无性系为材料,研究不同苗木规格对移植成活与生长的影响,试验结果显示:苗木规格不仅影响移植成活率,同时影响苗木生长,不同规格的苗木对高温的抗性不同;3.1~6.0 cm有根苗移植成活率高,为合格苗木;6 cm以上有根苗、细菌污染苗移植成活率次高,为次合格苗;2.5~3.0 cm有根苗、无根苗移植成活率低,为不合格苗;苗木的移植生根成活过程可分为关键期、稳定期、恢复生长期、生根完成期4个时期。
The effects of seedlings specifications on transplanting survival rate and growth of robe seedlings of Paraserianthesfalcataria clone TL18 were investigated. The results show that the seedlings specifications not only affected transplanting survival rate but also seedling growth, there existed resistibility differences in different specifications seedlings to high temperature; the seedlings with an height of 3.1 - 6 cm are qualified for transplanting and had the highest survival rate; the seedlings with an height more than 6 cm and the comtaminated seedlings are the secondary qualified class, had higher survival rate, the seedling with an height of 2.5- 3 cm and the seedlings without roots are unqualified. The survival course of transplanting and rooting are divided into four periods, and they are lethal period, adaptation period, and growth recovery period and stable period.
