摘要:【目的】为简化育苗程序,探讨容器规格和相应的基质类型对降香黄檀苗木培育及其造林后的影响,综合成本分析,从而提出适合降香黄檀苗木培育的容器规格和基质类型。【方法】以泥炭土、黄心土和泥炭土∶黄心土(体积比1∶1)3种基质,使用6 cm×13 cm、8 cm×18 cm和12 cm×25 cm的容器,开展降香黄檀苗木培育试验,调查不同基质和不同规格容器培育降香黄檀幼苗的地径、苗高、生物量、养分浓度和生理指标及造林后的成活率与生长表现,分析其造林效果。【结果】不同基质培育的降香黄檀苗期和造林早期生长、生物量、叶片N含量及造林效果差异均达显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)水平;而不同规格容器和不同基质与不同规格容器交互作用仅在降香黄檀苗期生长、地上生物量、叶片N浓度性状间存在极显著水平差异。随着育苗基质中营养含量的提高,幼苗地径、叶片N元素浓度、造林6个月后的苗高和成活率增加。随着育苗容器规格的加大,幼苗地径、生物量和可溶性糖增加。幼苗叶片淀粉含量、造林6个月后的苗高、地径和存活率均以泥炭土+中规格育苗容器组合表现最佳。泥炭土∶黄心土(1∶1)+大规格育苗容器则在苗木地径,地下生物量和叶片可溶性蛋白表现最优。【结论】容器规格和基质类型对降香黄檀苗期培育及造林初期有效。综合成本效益分析和隶属函数评价,降香黄檀苗木生产上推荐使用泥炭土+中等规格育苗容器或者泥炭土∶黄心土(1∶1)+大规格育苗容器。
【Objective】This work aimed to simplify the seedling cultivation procedure of Dalbergia odorifera and explore the effects of container size and corresponding growing mediums on its seedling cultivation and afforestation.The suitable container size and growing medium were proposed based on comprehensively analyzing the cost.【Method】Three kinds of growing mediums made with peat soil,subsoil and a mixture of peat soil and subsoil(1∶1,V/V),as well as three sizes of containers(6 cm×13 cm,8 cm×18 cm and 12 cm×25 cm)were used to carry out the cultivation experiment of D.odorifera seedlings.The ground diameter,seedling height,biomass,nutrient concentration and physiological indexes of D.odorifera seedlings,the survival rate and growth performance after afforestation were investigated,so as to analyze the afforestation effects.【Result】The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01)differences in the growth,biomass,leaf N content and afforestation effects of D.odorifera when cultivated with different mediums at both seedling and early afforestation stages.However,container size and the interaction between mediums and container size had extremely significant effects on seedling growth,aboveground biomass and leaf N concentration.With the increase of nutrient content in the growing medium,the ground diameter,leaf N content,seedling height and survival rate increased after 6 months of afforestation.The leaf starch content,seedling height,ground diameter and survival rate were the best after 6 months of afforestation when cultivated in the combination medium with peat soil in large containers.A mixture of peat soil and subsoil(1∶1,V/V)in medium seedling containers showed the best performance in the ground diameter,underground biomass and leaf soluble protein of the seedlings.【Conclusion】Container size and growing medium are effective for the seedling cultivation and early afforestation of D.odorifera.According to the cost-benefit analysis and membership function evaluation,peat soil in medium seedling containers or a mixture of peat soil and subsoil(1∶1,V/V)in large seedling containers are recommended for the production of D.odorifera seedlings.
