摘要:研究光质对油茶嫁接苗苗高和地径生长的影响,筛选出适合油茶生长的光质类型,为后期开展高效育苗提供技术支持。采用100%蓝光、30%红光+70%蓝光、70%红光+30%蓝光、50%红光+50%蓝光、100%红光、温室自然光环境和室外自然光7种光质环境对嫁接苗进行照射,并对嫁接苗高度和地径生长量进行方差分析和多重比较。通过方差分析,不同光质照射下的苗高和地径的生长量分别存在显著和极显著性差异;经过多重比较,光质照射条件下的1年生嫁接苗,苗高和地径得到较好的生长,表现出优于自然光环境条件下温室内外的嫁接苗,且与室外自然条件培育的嫁接苗存在显著差异。红蓝两色光对于嫁接苗生长的作用不相同。从各色光的促进生长情况看,蓝光或红蓝混合光色有利于油茶嫁接苗苗高的生长,而红光为主的光质对地径的生长较为有利。因此在生产实际中,可以合理的配比光质组合,以期促进生长。
In order to provide technical support for high-efficiency seedlings culture of oil-tea camellia in thefuture, the effect of light quality on height and ground diameter of grafted oil- tea camellia seedlings wasstudied and the appropriate light quality condition for seedlings growth was screened among 100% blue light,30% red light +70% blue light, 70% red light +30% blue light, 50% red light + 50% blue light,100% red light,natural light in green house and natural light outdoor after determination. Using the variance analysis, theresult showed that the height and ground diameter had significant difference and highly significant difference,respectively. Using the multiple comparisons, the height and ground diameter of one-year old grafted seedlingscultured under blue and red light quality showed better growth. They were superior to those cultured indoorsand outdoors under natural light, and were significantly different from those cultured outdoors under naturallight. The effect of red light on growth of oil- tea camellia seedlings was different from that of blue light.Overall, the blue light alone or blue and red light together showed the beneficial effect on height growth and thered light was of benefit to ground diameter growth of grafted oil- tea camellia seedlings. Therefore, thecombination of light quality could be used to improve the growth of oil- tea camellia seedlings duringproduction.
