摘要:通过表层添加磷杂菲类阻燃剂,芯层添加聚磷酸铁、三聚氤胺阻燃剂,在连续平压生产线上制备了阻燃刨花板。经检验,所制备的阻燃刨花板的阻燃性能达到了GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中B1级要求,其热释放速率峰值(锥形量热仪法测试)相比于普通刨花板最高降低了约65%。
In this study, flame retardant particleboard was prepared on the continuous flat pressing production line by adding phosphorus phenanthrene flame retardant, core layer ammonium polyphosphate and melamine flame retardant. The flame retardant particleboard prepared by different adding methods reached the Bl grade of GB 8624 ~2012 Classification for burning behavior of building materials and products. The peak heat release rate of the cone calorimetry test was reduced by about 65% compared with the ordinary particleboard.
