摘要：利用POINTER指针作为参数,开发出连续平压机在线测量、跟踪并记录板坯实时运行位置的功能模块(FC),适用于不同长度连续压机和宽范围速度变化的工况条件,并且将其应用在首台国产连续平压机生产线的技术二次提升改造上。结果表明:该程序功能块能够满足生产实际的要求,同时也可以应用到连续平压机生产过程中板坯含水率、厚度、重量等参数检测的程序设计中。
Using the POINTER as a parameter, a function chart（FC） was developed for on-line measuring,tracking and recording the real-time location of the mat,suitable for different length of continuous press and varied working conditions with a wide range of speed. It was put into the technical reconstruction and promotion of the first homebred continuous press.The results show that the function chart meet the production needs,and it can be applied to the program design of the measurement of the mat moisture content, thickness and weight in the continuous press.
