摘要:[目的]探讨国内常见的几种天牛引诱剂在重庆地区对松褐天牛的引诱效果。[方法]田间试验始于松褐天牛羽化初期至羽化结束,共设置5个处理(4个引诱剂,清水为对照),研究不同引诱剂对重庆市松褐天牛的诱捕效果。[结果]4种引诱剂对松褐天牛均有一定引诱效果。引诱剂HYP-SH的引诱效果最佳,引诱活性平均为12.20头/诱捕器;引诱剂ZGHC和A-3引诱活性平均为8.80头/诱捕器和8.00头/诱捕器;FJ-Ma-05的引诱效果最弱,平均为4.80头/诱捕器;引诱剂HYP-SH各月份的引诱活性均高于其他药剂。根据松褐天牛的种群变化规律和诱捕的松褐天牛雌成虫孕卵量可知,6、7月是松褐天牛防治的最佳时期。[结论]4种引诱剂中以引诱剂HYP-SH对松褐天牛成虫的引诱效果最好。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the attractant effect of several common attractants in China on Monochamus alternatus in Chongqing area. [ Method] In the field test conducted from the primary emergence to end emergence of M. alternatus, 5 treatments (4 kinds of attractants and CK with clear water) were set up to study the attractant effect of different attractants on M. alternatus in Chongqing area. [ Result ] Four tested attractants had a certain trapping ability to M. alternatus, among which, HYP-SH was the strongest,with the mean attractive ability of 12.20 beetles per trap, ZGHC and A-3 were the next,with the mean attractive ability of 8.80 and 8.00 beetles per trap resp. , and FJ-Ma-05 was the weakest, with the mean attractive ability of only 4.80 beetles per trap. And, the attractiveness of HYP-SH in different months was stronger than others. According the population change of M. alternatus and average eggs of its female adult it was found that June and July were the optimum periods for controlling M. alternatus. [ Conclusion] Among 4 tested attractants, HYP-SH got best attractant effect on M.alternatus.
