摘要:介绍了木工双摆角铣头的结构原理,借助激光干涉仪对双摆角铣头C轴回转定位精度和重复定位精度进行测试,并对测试结果进行误差分析。结果表明:木工双摆角铣头C轴回转精度基本符合技术要求,测试结果呈现一定的规律性,可通过控制系统进行误差补偿来进一步提高精度。
Introduces the principle and structure of woodworking swing milling head,and tests C-axis rotary positioning and repeatability accuracy of the swing milling head with the help of laser interferometer,for the error analysis of the test results. The results show that the rotating accuracy is in line with the technical requirements,and the test results have some regularity. The accuracy is improved by the deviation compensation of control system.
