摘要：“创新”是驱动发展第一动力。党的二十大报告强调“必须坚持科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力”,这对创新后勤管理服务模式建设提供了根本遵循。后勤管理服务工作是关乎一个单位正常运行的关键部门,本文以期通过构建“智慧化院区管理、推动物业服务社会化改革、培养多元化人才队伍建设、打造节能型管理”的后勤管理服务新模式,精准提升后勤管理服务水平和质量,为科研和民生服务,为科研事业单位可持续性的高质量发展提供强有力的后勤服务保障能力。
"Innovation"is the first driving force for development.The report of the 20th meeting of the Party stressed that"we must adhere to the principle that science and technology is the primary productive force,talent is the primary resource,and innovation is the primary driving force",which provides a fundamental guideline for the construction of our innovative logistics management service model.Logistics management service work is about the key department of the normal operation of a unit,this paper in order to build"wisdom campus management,promote property service socialization reform,cultivate diversified talent team construction,create energy-saving management"new logistics management service mode,accurate logistics management service level and quality,service for scientific research and the people's livelihood,for scientific research institution of sustainable high quality development provide strong logistics service support ability.
