摘要:热处理木材因环境友好及可持续材料特性,在户内外场景得到广泛应用;然而,其实际应用中的性能和寿命直接取决于环境因子作用下的耐候性(抗风化性能)表现。目前,对热处理木材耐候性的认识尚未形成全面系统的理论体系,相关综合性评述较为缺乏。文中从热处理木材耐候性的变化规律及其影响因素入手,阐述热处理木材在物理特性、力学性能和化学组分方面的耐候性变化特征,并通过与素材的对比分析探讨热处理对木材耐候性的调控机制;剖析热处理工艺参数和风化过程条件对耐候性评估结果的影响。基于此,提出未来应加强热处理木材耐候性变化规律系统研究,重点建立热处理工艺、风化过程与耐候性评估的关联,以期为热处理木材耐候性调控及长效应用维护提供参考。
Heat-treated wood(HTW)has been widely applied both indoors and outdoors for its environmental friendliness and sustainability.However,its practical performance and service life are fundamentally determined by its weatherability under environmental factors.There is yet a complete and systematic theoretical system for correctly understanding weather resistance in HTW,thereby lacking in systematic reviews on this topic.This paper outlines the weathering-induced changes in HTW in terms of physical,mechanical,and chemical properties,focusing on the alteration patterns of weather resistance in HTW and the dominant factors governing this behavior,and compares them with untreated wood to elucidate the mechanisms by how heat treatment regulates weathering resistance.It further analyzes the impacts of heat treatment process parameters and weathering conditions on weatherability assessment outcomes.It is proposed that future research should boost the systematic study of HTW's weatherability change patterns,with the focus placed on the correlations between heat treatment processes,weathering protocols,and weather resistance evaluation.These efforts are expected to provide references for enhancing the weatherability regulation and long-term application&maintenance of heat-treated wood.
