摘要:在对企业50mm厚进口辐射松锯材干燥生产调研的基础上,检测和分析干燥速率、干燥周期和锯材干燥质量的相互关系,制定常规干燥优化工艺和高温干燥工艺。结果显示:以满足国家标准干燥锯材质量二级材的要求为前提,常规工艺干燥周期可由10.75d优化至6.20d,高温干燥周期仅需3.69d,干燥效率大幅提高。推荐使用优化的高效干燥工艺,有条件的企业可采用高温干燥工艺,进一步提高干燥效率。
Based on technical investigation and analysis of drying practices in a few lumber drying companies, an optimized conventional drying schedule and a high temperature drying schedule were developed for 50mm thick imported radiata pine lumber to improve drying quality and efficiency. The results showed that drying time was significantly shortened by using the optimized conventional schedules, and quality of the kiln dried lumber met the 2 nd grade requirements of China national standard GB/T 6491. The drying time was shortened from 10.75 days with conventional drying schedules to 6.20 days with the optimized conventional drying schedule, and was further decreased to 3.69 days with a high temperature drying schedule, resulting in significantly improved drying efficiency. The high temperature drying schedule was recommended for high temperature drying kilns so as to further improve drying efficiency.
