摘要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术(FT-IR)对由废弃刨花板制备的再生刨花中已固化脲醛树脂的分布及其活性进行了研究。结果表明,已固化的脲醛树脂主要分布在细刨花中,中粗刨花中极少存在;已固化的脲醛树脂中仍有活性基团存在,并有助于再生刨花的再胶合及降低再生刨花板中的游离甲醛释放量。
In this paper, distribution and activation of cured urea formaldehyde resins of recycled particles from waste particleboard were investigated by FT IR transmission spectroscopy. The results showed: the cured urea formaldehyde resins were mainly distributed in small sized particles, but little in large sized particles; the active groups still existed in the cured urea formaldehyde resins and might have contributions to the regluability of the recycled particleboard; the cured urea formaldehyde resins in recycled particles could reduce free formaldehyde emission from the remanufactured particleboard.
