摘要：[目的/意义]整理兰德公司历年来的产品输出概览,分析其产品类型及演变特征,从中学习借鉴兰德公司研究报告和解决方案的产出策略经验,对于引导和建设中国的"兰德公司"、探索中国新型智库的独立发展路径具有非凡意义。[方法/过程]简述兰德公司的发展历程,梳理近10年的产品概览,运用统计分析和内容分析的方法对比其历年来在参与决策咨询过程中的产出数量、产品结构、质量控制等方面的特征及变化。[结果/结论]兰德公司完善健全的运营机制和管理框架为其产品和服务的高品质提供了基础和保障;其产出总量波动增长,产品类型几经调整,正朝着细分化、多元化的方向发展。限于信息和资料的保密性,未考察通过非公开渠道影响政策制定的途径。
[Purpose/Significance]This paper learns from the rigorous study style and superb prediction ability of Rand corporation,systemizes its objective analysis and effective solutions provided to decision-makers all those years,extracts Rand＇s successful experience for the guidance and construction of China＇s ＂ Rand Corporation＂,upgrading and enhancing the construction of think tanks with Chinese characteristics,then hopes to be helpful for the independent development of China＇s newthink-tank path.[Method/Process]This paper briefly describes the developing course of the Rand＇s production and adopts statistical analysis and content analysis methods to analyze the role of these outputs in the process of participation in decision-making.[Result/Conclusion]Rand＇s sound operation mechanism and management framework provides the foundation for its high quality products and services,its total output fluctuates in growth,the product type adjusts towards diversification.This paper is limited to access confidential information and data,thus does not inspect its private channels to influence decision-making.
