摘要:利用Solidworks软件对便携式林果采摘头角度轴进行三维建模,并导入Ansys Workbench软件中进行静力分析和疲劳分析。结果显示:角度轴总体能够满足结构强度的要求,但转角接缝处疲劳寿命低于设计寿命,容易发生疲劳破坏。该研究结果为角度轴的结构优化设计提供一定的参考依据。
The angle shaft model was established by Solidworks 3D modeling software. And its static analysis and fatigue analysis were finished by Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software. The results showed that the angle shaft meets the strength requirements of the structure.But the fatigue life of corner joints is much less than that of the desired design, where it prones to fatigue failure. Based on the simulation results, it can provide a reference for structure optimization design of the angle shaft.
