摘要:石斛组培苗吸收利用C素营养的研究结果表明:不同C源对菌根化石斛组培苗生长(苗高、茎粗和生物量)的促进效应,以C源果糖为最好。果糖C源对石斛菌根真菌F9903菌株菌丝增殖量也为最大值,所以果糖堪称两者增殖生长的最佳C源。同时,显示它们之间存在着密切的互动关系。浓度不同的果糖影响着菌根化石斛苗的生长和N、P、C元素的吸收与积累。通过方差分析表明,0.117mol/L的果糖是培育菌根化石斛苗的最适宜浓度。
The results of the study on the absorption of C nutrition by the plants of Dendrobium cultured from tissues have showed that fructose as C source is the best for promoting the growth (height, diameter of stem and biomass) of the plants which have my-corrhizae. Also, fructose can promote growth of mycelium of F9903 which is a strain of mycorrhizae of Dendrobium. So, fructose is a best C source for the propagations of both the plants and the mycorrhizal mycelium. There is a strong interaction between the plants and their mycorrhizae. Different concentrations of fructose can effect the growth of Dendrobium plants and absorptions of the my-corrhizae to N、P、C. Through a variance analysis, it has shown that the 0.117 mol/L of fructose is the most suitable concentration for culturing plants of Dendrobium.
