摘要:作为西北干旱区特有的常绿灌木,沙冬青以其抗旱、耐寒、耐贫瘠和耐盐碱的特性,在我国西北地区生态环境建设中扮演着关键角色。然而,由于其生长环境恶劣和天然更新能力有限,沙冬青被列为第一批国家二级濒危保护植物。组织培养技术为沙冬青的繁殖和保护提供了新途径。本文综述了沙冬青的组织培养研究进展,从外植体的选择、消毒方式、基本培养基、植物生长调节剂等环节的研究成果进行概述,并提出当前沙冬青组织培养研究中存在的问题和研究展望,旨在为建立高效的沙冬青组织培养再生体系提供参考。
Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,as a unique evergreen shrub in arid area of northwest China,plays a crucial role in ecological environment construction in northwest China with its characteristics of drought resistance,cold tolerance,barren tolerance and salt-alkali tolerance.However,due to its harsh growing environment and limited natural renewal ability,Ammopiptanthus mongolicus is listed as the first group of national second-class endangered plants.The tissue culture technology provided a new way for the reproduction and protection of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus.In this paper,the research progress of tissue culture of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus was reviewed,including the selection of explants,disinfection methods,basic media,plant growth regulators,etc.,and the existing problems and research prospects in the current tissue culture research of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus were put forward,aiming to provide reference for establishing an efficient tissue culture regeneration system of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus.
