摘要:研究一种辅助催化剂与钛酸四丁酯的复合催化酯化PTA合成DOTP的工艺。不仅得出了最佳复合催化工艺:醇酸物质的量之比为2.8∶1,主催化剂用量0.3%,辅助催化剂用量0.2%,反应仅耗时110min且终止温度只有224℃;还得出了复合催化的机理是辅助催化剂通过提高单辛酯向DOTP的转化,促进PTA向单辛酯的转化,进而加快整个反应进程。
A kind of complex catalyst with auxiliary catalyst and tetrabutyl titanate Medley was researched,which are used for Compositing DOTP from PTA.The best compound catalytic technology:The ratio of the amount of substance molar of alcohol and acid was 2.8:1,the main catalyst was 0.3%,auxiliary catalyst was 0.2%,reaction only takes 110 min and the end temperature was 224℃; It was also concluded that the compound catalytic mechanism is Auxiliary catalyst by means of enhanceing the reaction rate of compositing DOTP from mono-(2-ethylhexyl)terephthale,the reaction rate of compositing mono-(2-ethylhexyl)terephthale from PTA was enhanced,and then the process of the whole reaction was accelerate.
