摘要:通过优化原料配比及加料工艺制得间苯二酚含量为8%~9%的苯酚—间苯二酚—甲醛树脂(PRF),其特点是强度高、木破率高、可室温固化;讨论了间苯二酚含量与强度、木破率、凝胶时间的关系,以及贮存稳定性与原料配比的关系。通过实验得出如下结论:⑴当间苯二酚含量大于9%时,所用工艺在不同料比情况下制得的PRF胶均有强度高、木破率高的特点;⑵间苯二酚含量等于9%时,料比的变化对树脂强度性能及凝胶时间影响显著;⑶甲醛与酚的摩尔比越小,PRF树脂的贮存稳定性越高。
we obtained phenol-resorcinol-formaldehyde (PRY) adhesives of 8 to 9% resorcinol content without loss of good performance by optimizing the proportion of main components and technology of adding components. The effects of resorcinol content to bonding strength, wood failure and resin gel time as well as the relationship between resin store stability and proportion of components were investigated in this paper. The following conclusions were drawn. The PRF with different proportions of components has good performances at resorcinol content being more than 9%; The effects of changing proportion to resin performance is significant at a resorcinol content of 9%; The resin store stability is rising with the decrease of formaldehyde/phenol and resorcinol molar ratio.
