摘要:对影响松香加压酯化反应的各因素,如反应压力、反应温度、料比以及加料方式等进行了系统研究。结果表明,松香加压酯化反应不仅可行而且可缩短酯化反应时间、节能显著,在国内外属首次报道。通过放大试验研究,松香加压酯化完全适用于现有工业化生产设备,为松香酯工业化生产开辟了一条新途径。
Factors as pressure,temperature,amount and feeding method of alcohols whieh influence esterifi-cation of rosin under pressure were systematically studied. It was found that the esterification time was short-ened and heat energy comsumption was less in esterifieation under pressure than those requircd under atmo-spheric condition. This new technology which is reported for the first time can be used in the industrial pro-duction of rosin esters.
