摘要:白带锯蛱蝶指名亚种Cethosia cyane cyane(Drury)雌雄异型,色彩艳丽,是观赏蛱蝶的极品之一。该蝶飞翔姿态缓慢优美,可供喜庆场合放飞,尤其适合在生态蝴蝶园内放飞,也广泛用于工艺品制作。但在自然界的种群数量小,开放式饲养也因天敌太多而失败。针对白带锯蛱蝶的自然保育问题,在海南尖峰岭自然保护区,分别在室内和室外网式繁育室,用其自然寄主植物饲养了2个世代的白带锯蛱蝶种群,编制了实验种群生命表。研究结果表明:室内饲养的种群净生殖力R0=10.4267,rm=0.0394,T=59.4464,幼期存活率为0.5034;室外网式繁育室饲养的种群,其净生殖力R0=20.0195,rm=0.0481,T=62.2911,幼期存活率为0.2970。两者比较表明,室外网式繁育室条件下其发育慢于室内种群,但繁殖效率明显高于室内种群,可能是小环境和成虫期繁殖操作不一所致。
Cethosia cyane cyane (Drury) is sexual dimorphism. With colorful appearance, it is one of the best qualities of ornamental butterfly. This butterfly has slowly and graceful flight gesture, which could not only provide flying in festive occasions, especially in ecological butterfly garden, but also widely use in crafts. However, the butterfly is very low density in nature, and it is failure to open - rearing due to too many predators. Two generations of experimental population of C. cyane cyane (Drury) population were raised indoor and outdoor in Jianfengling Nature Reserve of Hainan Island with use of its host plant. A life table of was also compiled for the insect. Results showed that the net reproduction rate, intrinsic rate of increase and period of average generations of the indoor experimental population were 101 4267, 0. 0394 and 59. 4464, respectively, and the survival rate at larvae stage was 0. 5034. The outdoor experimental population had a net reproduction rate of 20. 0195, an intrinsic rate of increase of 0. 0481, a period of average generations of 62. 2911 and a survival rate at larvae stage of 0. 2970. Comparison of the two resulted data showed that the development of the outdoor population is slower than the indoor one, but its reproduction efficiency is significantly higher than the indoor population. This may be resulted from the differences of the temperature and the reproduction operation at adult stage. The results have a certain reference value for the natural conservation and sustainable utilization of Cetho.sia cyane cyane (Drnry).
