摘要:为探索山杏花低温胁迫中生理生化指标变化及其相互关系,以10,0,-2,-4,-6,-8℃处理山杏雄蕊并测定其酶促防御系统、膜脂过氧化、渗透调节物质和质膜透性的变化规律及其相互关系。结果表明:-2℃以上时,SOD、POD、AsAPOD(抗坏血酸过氧化物酶)、CAT、游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量和相对电导率变化不显著;-2-~8℃,随温度降低,保护酶SOD和POD活性变化显著,先上升后下降,酶谱显示有新酶出现,AsAPOD和CAT酶活性变化较小,无新酶产生;游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量和相对电导率均持续上升。MDA含量与SOD、POD和AsAPOD酶活性显著负相关,相对电导率与游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白显著正相关。SOD、POD、AsAPOD、游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白在低温胁迫时反应敏感,可作为山杏花低温胁迫时的检测指标。
Changes of defense enzyme system,osmoregulatory compounds,lipid peroxidation and leakage of pistils of P.sibirica L.flowers were measured for understanding their physiological and biochemical responses under different lower temperature stress 10,0,-2,-4,-6 and-8℃.The results showed that there were no significant change to the indices determined above-2℃.With the increase of stress intensity,activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) increased to a certain degree And then decreased.Furthermore,the new isoform patterns of SOD and POD were also observed.No significant change occurred in activities of ascrobate peroxidase(AsAPOD) and catalase(CAT),and also no new isoform pattern was showed to both.Free praline,soluble protein,malondialdehyde(MDA) and relative conductivity constantly increased under lower temperature.MDA content was negatively correlated with activities of SOD,POD and AsAPOD while relative conductivity was positively correlated with free praline and soluble protein.SOD,POD,AsAPOD,free praline and soluble protein,which were sensitive to lower temperature,should be the indices to detect the lower temperature stress of P.sibirica L.flowers.
