摘要:为了探索绿竹对设施栽培的生理反应,给设施内绿竹提早出笋和建立高产优质栽培模式提供理论依据,于4、5月份对尚未撤棚膜设施内和露天条件下的绿竹光合作用日变化及其影响因子进行了研究,结果表明:设施内、外净光合速率Pn日变化均呈双峰曲线,设施内Pn第2个峰值比露天提前1 h左右;设施内绿竹日均Pn值为14.1μmol/(m2.s),露天为10.2μmol/(m2.s),设施内明显要高;设施内外光合作用均具"午休现象",但影响因素却不尽相同。
In order to explore the physiological reaction of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami in greenhouse,and also to give a theoretical basis for Dendrocalamopsis oldhami early shooting and high-yield cultivation,the photosynthesis of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami grown inside and outside greenhouse was studied in April and May.The results showed that the curves of the photosynthesis rate was of two-peak pattern,the second Pn peak value inside greenhouse was about one hour earlier than that of the outside.The average Pn inside(14.1 μmol/m^2·s) greenhouse was higher than that of the outside(10.2 μmol/m^2·s).Both the Pn inside and outside greenhouse showed the phenomenon of "midday nap",but the factors influencing the photosynthesis were different.
